Assisted registration
Help preparing the supplied artwork details and checking that the submission is complete. SHA-256 digital fingerprints record the artwork file and its provenance information.
A Bitcoin-confirmed certificate
A digital Certificate of Authenticity with the artwork image, unique certificate number, digital fingerprints, Bitcoin block confirmation and a QR code. Once confirmed, a direct certificate and verification link is emailed to the creator’s specified address. Save the certificate as a PDF or print it yourself.
Five years online
A public verification page linked from the QR code, including the artwork image and registered details. Five years are included from the date each artwork is registered.

How does the £19.99 founding offer work?
The offer is for each of the first 50 paying clients, limited to one artwork per client. This limits eligibility for the price, not the included five-year verification period. We will confirm eligibility when you enquire; no remaining-place count is shown.
What happens after five years?
Any continuation terms, including any charges, will be agreed before the included period ends. Online hosting beyond five years is not included in these prices. Keep a downloaded copy of your certificate; the QR code relies on the online verification page remaining available.
Is there a monthly fee or automatic renewal?
No. These are one-off registration packages, not recurring subscriptions. You do not enter payment details on this website.
Does registration prove that a physical artwork is genuine?
No. CreatorTrace records the information supplied and creates digital fingerprints that help detect changes to the corresponding files. This supports the creator's declaration; it is not an independent expert authentication, valuation or guarantee of authorship.
Is Bitcoin timestamping included?
Yes. Each completed record is submitted through OpenTimestamps for confirmation against the Bitcoin blockchain. Registration is immediate and the final Certificate of Authenticity becomes available once Bitcoin confirmation is verified. The artwork itself is never placed on Bitcoin.
What should I send first?
Email your preferred package and the number of artworks you would like to register. We will explain the next steps and the image and artwork details needed. For gallery enquiries, please also tell us how many creators are involved.
